The general terms and conditions of business described below (hereinafter "General Terms and Conditions"), exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the website http://www.shop-boots.com and the seller, which is the company ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. with Tax Identification Code no. A02108728 and registered office in Almansa, calle aparadoras 3, CP 02640, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Albacete, according to the Law 34/2002 of July 11 of services to the society of information and electronic commerce and with telephone number +34 96 380 54 42 and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The procedure of contracting the service is carried out completely electronically through the website http://www.shop-boots.com having the same validity as the face-to-face signature of the same.
These general conditions of sale that are detailed below are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition or previous agreement, unless the parties agree expressly and in writing another type of agreement and this cancels or modifies the present general conditions of contracting.
The language used in all the procedure of contracting will be the Castilian and will be the language that governs the relations between the parts, the sample of information in any other language will be considered conditioned to the first one, in case of discrepancy the version in Castilian will prevail over any other translation or adaptation.
ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. may occasionally modify the stipulations contained in these general conditions, so it is advisable to read them every time you visit http://www.shop-boots.com. These modifications will take effect from the publication of the same and will not have retroactive effects and will not be applicable to purchases made prior to the same -the previous versions can always be consulted through the links contained in the platform and will be printable and/or downloadable through the button established for this purpose-.
Each purchase on the website is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that once you have placed an order, you have unreservedly accepted our general terms and conditions of sale after having read them.

- To place an order.
Through the website: http://www.shop-boots.com (24 hours a day, every day). You only have to register as a customer, enter the section of the online store you are interested in, view the item you want and add it to the shopping cart. Repeat this process as many times as items you wish to purchase. At the end of the purchase process you will see the payment options. Choose the one that suits you best and confirm your subscription. Once you confirm the payment you will receive a copy of the General Terms and Conditions in the email account you have provided ---- you can download them in pdf format by clicking on the following button.
Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 hours. From now on, when we talk about working days, these are counted from Monday to Friday.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive it at the indicated address in 24-48 hours, unless it is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case the indicated period will begin to count from the first working day.
- Information about the products.
In order to facilitate your order, we pay great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the services through descriptions, photographs and videos that illustrate our products.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the rates in force indicated on the website at the time of the order.
- Secure payment.
We offer you the following payment methods:

The payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation, as long as you have obtained prior authorization from your bank or cashier. If the payment has not been authorized, your order cannot be taken into account.
- Right of withdrawal.
You have fourteen (30) calendar days from delivery to the address indicated by the customer (under the provisions of Articles 68 and following of Royal Decree 1/2007 -as amended by Law 3/2014-) to inform us that you exercise this right.
The exercise of this right will be carried out without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the order to ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A.
To formalize the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. at email@example.com, by filling in the withdrawal form(Download) that accompanies these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1 or by sending a reliable communication instead. Once this communication has been received, ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. will indicate how to send the order to its facilities, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer and must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the customer has informed ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. of its decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In the case of two or more exchanges or returns on the same order and if the client does not keep any of the articles, ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. reserves the right to deduct from the return the corresponding handling costs, which can be between 19€ and 49€ depending on the volume of the handling.
The refund of paid amounts will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within the fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the client has informed of its decision of withdrawal by means of reimbursement in the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
- Safeguard Clause.
All the clauses or ends of the present contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, not being affected the rest of the stipulations in case that one of them has been declared VOID by firm judicial sentence. The contracting parties agree to replace the clause or clauses affected by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by the parties.
- Resolution of Controversies.
ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. accepts no liability for failure to comply with these conditions in the event of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts, or in the event of the client's fault or an unforeseeable event on the part of a person outside the contract.
For any divergence originated by the breach of the conditions of purchase-sale, the two parts will be submitted expressly to the courts and courts of Almansa, except for the established in the norm of consumers with resignation to theirs if this one was another one.
ALBACETE INDUSTRIAL S.A. is not responsible for the consequences that could result from an inadequate use of the products sold on its website.
